European Transfer Rules

Austria: Unlimited ITC’s, points system in place
British Elite League: 10 ITC’s (Only ‘AA’ minor pro or European Elite players)
English Premier League: 4 ITC’s, only EU (European Union) players eligible
Finland: 5 ITC’s
France Ligue Magnus: Unlimited EU (European Union) players, maximum 3 non-EU players
France Div 1 & Div 2: Unlimited EU (European Union) players, maximum 3 non-EU players
German DEL: 12 ITC’s, can use 10 ITC’s in one game
German Bundesliga: 5 ITC’s
German Oberliga: 3 ITC’s, German netminders only
Italy: Unlimited ITC’s, points system
Sweden: Unlimited EU (European Union) players, maximum 2 non-EU players
Switzerland Nationalliga A: 8 ITC’s, can only use 4 ITC’s during one game
Swizterland Nationalliga B: Unlimited ITC’s, can only use 2 ITC’s during one game
